- Recommended body dimensions: Length 6000 mm, width 2550 mm, height 2600 mm.
- Aluminium platform: Platform frame height selectable between 70 or 90 mm, designed for plywood boards with a thickness of 15 or 18 mm.
- Roof structure: Equipped with rigid omega cross members ensuring durability and stability of the body under high load.
Customization and configuration options
- Side sliding: Choice of left or right curtain sliding, providing easy access during loading and unloading.
- Rear section: Available options include an aluminium rear panel, double rear doors, or a flap compatible with a tail lift. The design allows easy combination with various rear closures according to specific transport requirements.
Cargo safety and stability: The FIXO S 2 rigid roof features an aluminium frame equipped with lashing rings for securing cargo using lashing straps. This ensures the load is fixed against movement and reduces the risk of damage during transport.
Delivery and installation:
The body is supplied as a set of components corresponding to the required dimensions and configuration. Installation is facilitated by special clamps and installation kits included in the package. The manufacturer also offers the option to select structural elements according to individual customer specifications.
Service, maintenance and warranty:
The FIXO S 2 product is supplied with a 24-month warranty. Regular maintenance includes pressure washing, especially during the winter period, and lubrication of hinges with protective agents, which extends the service life of the structure.
