Withdrawal from the Contract

You may use this form to exercise your statutory right to withdraw from a distance sales contract pursuant to Section 1829 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. You may withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. 

By completing and submitting this form via the “Confirm Withdrawal from Contract” button, you notify us of your withdrawal from the purchase contract. We will send you a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal to the email address provided without undue delay. 

Please return the goods no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract to the following address: TRANS-TECHNIK spol. s r.o., Tyršova 1146, Modřice, 664 42, Czech Republic. The customer is responsible for the costs associated with returning the goods.
