Custom Manufacturing and Assembly of Aluminium Sideboards and End Panels
We manufacture custom-made aluminium sideboards using aluminium sideboard profiles and compatible fittings. Each order can include individual sideboards, front panels, rear panels or a complete set for a specific vehicle body. Profiles are cut and prepared to the required dimensions, with optional assembly into finished units according to customer specifications.

Technical Specifications and Sideboard Dimensions
The overall sideboard height depends on the combination of aluminium profiles. The profile system thickness must not be confused with the height of the finished sideboard. Each configuration is designed according to the required dimensions and functionality.

Depending on the structural requirements, each order can include compatible components and accessories from our product range:
- Aluminium sideboard profiles and edging closures – upper, middle and lower profiles used to achieve the required sideboard height.
- Sideboard latches and closures – locking mechanisms for sideboards and end panels, including matching counterparts.
- Sideboard hinges – hinges and mounting components for drop-down sideboards.
- Pillars for platform bodies – compatible corner and centre pillars for suitable vehicle body constructions.
Assembly can also include suitable seals and fasteners. The selection of individual components depends on their compatibility with the profile system, sideboard height and opening mechanism.
Plywood Flooring for Truck Bodies and Trailers
When building or repairing a platform body, the load bed flooring is often another important consideration. Our product range includes flooring plywood and anti-slip plywood panels, including water-resistant film-faced versions with anti-slip and smooth surfaces, available in thicknesses of 15, 18 and 21 mm.
Plywood flooring is a separate structural material and is not part of the aluminium sideboard assembly. Custom cutting of plywood panels can be arranged upon prior agreement. Additional Structural Solutions for Platform Bodies, Trailers and Tippers
Pillarless Platform Body System
For open platform bodies without a roof structure, the pillarless sideboard system with 1Plus closures offers an alternative construction. The sideboards can be lowered to provide easier access to the load area without obstructing corner pillars. The appropriate latches and counterparts must be selected according to the specific vehicle body design.
Aluminium Pillars and Edging Profiles for Tippers
For tipper body construction, we also offer aluminium tipper pillars and edging profiles for sideboards and rear panels. These components provide a lightweight alternative to conventional steel fittings, including solutions for top- and bottom-hinged rear tailgates. The suitability of each assembly must be verified for the specific vehicle. We do not provide installation of tipper hydraulic systems.
Rear Tailgates for Commercial Vehicles
Another related manufacturing solution includes rear tailgates for commercial vehicles, trailers and platform bodies. Available configurations include bottom-mounted or recessed locking mechanisms, with custom dimensions and surface finishes. Rear tailgates are a separate manufacturing programme and are not automatically included in the supply of aluminium sideboards.
