Anchoring rail AIRLINE 11,5x50x1015 mm with 12V LED strip

The AIRLINE lashing rail with LED lighting measures 50 × 11.5 × 1015 mm and combines cargo securing and cargo area lighting in a single profile. The rail is made of anodised aluminium, has a half-round profile and weighs 0.76 kg per piece.

The 20 mm diameter anchoring holes are spaced at 25 mm intervals and allow compatible AIRLINE fittings to be attached. The maximum lashing capacity (LC) is 50 daN. The rail features LED lighting on one side, with a 12 V power supply and a luminous flux of 500 lm, making it easier to see inside the cargo area.

The profile is designed to be mounted using screws or rivets. The mounting holes have a diameter of 6.5 mm and are spaced at 100 mm intervals. Two end caps are included. The rail is suitable for installation in the cargo areas of commercial vehicles and trucks, as well as in other transport applications where cargo needs to be secured and the area illuminated.

For this particular rail, we do not have confirmation that it can be recessed into the floor or that joining profiles increases their strength, so I have not included these claims in the product description.
