Installation kit for right-hand side sliding doors designed for box bodies on commercial vehicles. Compatible with panel thicknesses up to 70 mm. This is the right-hand side of the vehicle when viewed from the driver’s position, meaning the door opens to the left. The system ensures smooth operation, reliable guidance, and is ready for a lockable solution. This installation kit is designed for professional assembly of sliding side doors on the right side of commercial vehicles with box bodies. The system supports wall thicknesses up to 70 mm and ensures precise mechanical guidance using track rails with anti-derailment protection. The assembly is engineered for long service life, consistent movement, and minimal play even under frequent operation.
Sliding Door Installation Kit
The kit includes components for installing upper and lower guidance rails, including a central hinge and mounting brackets for secure fixation. Rails can be shortened according to the specific dimensions of the vehicle and are installed using pre-defined mounting points. Correct alignment prevents jamming and ensures smooth operation even under load. The guide system is designed to enable safe and repeatable use without frequent adjustment.
Locking System and Compatible Accessories
To ensure the security of the doors, we recommend complementing the kit with a recessed lock (item no. 1021301.023), lock rod (item no. 1021227.500), cam for lock rod (item no. 1021510.100), cam holder (item no. 1021511.000), and handle (item no. 1041006.000). All these components create a complete and functional locking and opening mechanism for external access to the box body.
Sealing for Sliding Doors – Cargo Protection
To ensure optimal sealing between the door panel and frame, we recommend using PVC seals for box bodies, which protect the cargo from moisture, dust, and temperature loss.
