CYBERBOND TM44 10g
CYBERBOND TM44 is an anaerobic threadlocking sealant with medium strength and medium viscosity for universal use on bolts, nuts, and studs. It cures in the absence of air between metal threads, helps prevent self-loosening, and also seals the joint. The 10 g pack is suitable for service and production applications where disassembly with standard tools is required.

CYBERBOND TM44 is an anaerobic adhesive/sealant for locking threaded joints with medium strength. After assembly, it cures inside the engaged thread (without air access) and provides reliable locking against self-loosening. Compared to high-strength grades, TM44 is intended for applications where maintenance is expected – the joint is typically removable with standard tools at room temperature.
What it solves in practice
In operation, threaded joints often suffer from micro-movement and gradual loosening due to vibration, shock, and changing loads. After curing, TM44 fills the thread clearance and limits unwanted movement. It also acts as a sealing medium – helping reduce leakage risk and contributing to protection of the thread against corrosion.

Recommended application procedure
1) Thread preparation
For consistent results, the thread must be clean and degreased (free from oil, grease, and dust). Contamination can significantly slow curing and reduce final strength.
2) Application
Apply the product evenly into the thread so that it forms a continuous film in the engaged area after tightening. For blind holes, apply into the internal thread as well to minimize trapped air.
3) Assembly and curing
Assemble the joint and leave it undisturbed until initial fixation is achieved. Full cure and final properties depend on the materials, temperature, and thread clearance.
Disassembly and service
TM44 is intended for serviceable threaded joints – disassembly is usually possible with standard hand tools. After disassembly, mechanically remove cured residue from the threads and degrease again before reapplication.
